PIZZELLES 
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. anise

1. Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually and beat until smooth.

2. Add cooled melted butter, vanilla and anise.

3. Sift flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture (dough will be sticky enough to drop by spoonful onto pizzelle iron).
