BANANA CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. diced bananas
1/2 c. diced can pineapple
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. sliced olives (opt.)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery

Combine bananas and pineapple. Add chicken, celery, olives, salt and mayonnaise; mix lightly. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with potato chips. 4 to 6 servings.
