BANANA-STRAWBERRY-PINEAPPLE
SALAD
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 banana, mashed
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool. Then add slightly thawed strawberries and pineapple. Chill until consistency of honey. Stir in banana. Spoon half this mixture into a loaf pan. Spread sour cream over this layer. Top with remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until firm.
