CANTON CHICKEN WINGS 
12 chicken wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Cut wings in half; rinse, pat dry with paper towel. Pour soy sauce into shallow bowl; set aside. In another shallow bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Dip chicken in soy sauce; roll in seasoned crumbs. Arrange chicken wings in a spoke pattern in 9 inch glass or Pyrex pie plate, placing thickest portions toward outside of the plate. Cover with paper towels. Cook on high for 10 to 12 minutes. Finish up by baking a few minutes in a 350 degree oven to make crispy.
