7 CUP LAYERED SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can English peas, do not cook
1 1/2 - 2 c. mayonnaise
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Parmesan cheese

Tear lettuce into pieces. Put a layer of lettuce into bowl and alternate celery, water chestnuts, English peas and lettuce.

With mayonnaise, garlic powder, seasoned salt. Put on last layer of vegetables. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Garnish with bacon bits and boiled eggs.
