MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 or more c. grated Romano (Logatilli Best)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. parsley
3 cloves crushed garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder
4 slices Italian bread, soaked in water and squeezed
3 eggs

Mix. Shape into meatballs and roast in oven until brown. NOTE: Spray pan with Pam to prevent sticking. Freeze meatballs or add to sauce.
