HAMBURGER TURNOVERS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. flavor extender
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. sour cream
2/3 c. cream
2 c. Bisquick

Heat oven to 400 degrees (moderate hot). Saute onion in butter; cook 2 minutes with meat. Add dry ingredients. Add tomato sauce and sour cream; mix well. Heat through.

CRUST:

Add cream to Bisquick. Stir with fork into soft dough. Beat dough 15 strokes. Knead gently 8 to 10 times on board. Divide dough in half. Roll each into 10-inch square and cut each square into four 5-inch squares. Put 1/3 cup filling on half of each squares. Fold over and seal edges with fork. Make slits on top. Brush with butter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 8.
