MIRACLE WHIP CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
1 c. water
Creamy Cocoa Frosting

Combine salad dressing, sugar and vanilla. Add combine dry ingredients alternately with water, mixing well after each addition. Pour into 2 wax paper- lined 8- or 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool; fill and frost with Creamy Cocoa Frosting (below).

CREAMY COCOA FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
5 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. milk

Combine cream cheese, vanilla and salt, mixing until well blended. Add combined sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy.

VARIATIONS: Substitute 13 x 9-inch baking pan for layer pans, baking 35 to 40 minutes. Line with wax paper.
