CHOCOLATE CARAMEL NUT LOG 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. Eagle Brand milk
28 caramels
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. water

Melt chocolate chips, stir in Eagle Brand milk and vanilla. Add 1/2 cup nuts and let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile melt caramels in water. Shape chocolate mixture into two or three logs. Roll each in melted caramel and roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in saran wrap and chill approximately 2 hours.
