MOOSE MILK 2 
1 lg. pot
1 electric hand mixture
1 bottle of white rum
1 gal. of ice cream
4 qts. of milk
6 eggs
Nutmeg

Pour rum in pot and add ice cream. Mix rum and ice cream with the hand mixer. After the ice cream has melted, add milk and continue to mix until ice cream is totally dissolved. Add eggs and mix thoroughly.

Add nutmeg to taste, as it will cut the sharpness of the rum. Note: Leave ice cream out in refrigerator the night before required. Beat eggs before adding to mixture.
