3 qts. milk
2 1/2 gal. ice cream (Breyers vanilla bean works best)
8 eggs or = to egg beaters
1 1/2 bottle rum
3/4 bottle TIA MARIA OR COFFEE LIQUEUR (KALUHA)

Beat eggs and add milk, rum and liqueur. Overnight let ice cream get soft, add just before serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg on top. (Can be made without the rum and liqueur.)
