1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
5 oz. (pure) maple syrup
1 1/2 gal. of 2% milk
2 1/2 doz. eggs
1 1/2 oz. rum extract
1/4 oz. nutmeg
2 1/2 - 40 pounders dark rum
12 1/2 oz. Tia Maria or Kahlua

Mix all in large container. Beat eggs and fold into ice cream and remaining ingredients. Pour into large serving bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Makes about 526 ounces or 4.1 gallons.
