HOT CHEESE & HAM POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. beer
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. ham, cooked & cubed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. parsley, chopped

Combine first 7 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes, stir occasionally. Add ham, cheese and parsley. Stir until cheese melts.
