CAULIFLOWER CHEESE SOUP (OR
BROCCOLI)
 
1 head cauliflower (or broccoli)
1/2 c. chopped carrots
12 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 potatoes, peeled and cut up
2 c. water
2 soup cans of milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. boiled ham (optional)

Cook vegetable in 2 cups water until tender. Drain add milk cheese and soups. Heat until hot on low heat, stirring occasionally.
