EASY MANICOTTI | |
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided Manicotti noodles 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (about 30 oz.) Parmesan cheese Brown ground beef; drain. Combine ground beef, cottage cheese and 8 ounces of Mozzarella cheese in bowl. Let cool. Meanwhile cook manicotti noodles 8 to 10 minutes. Drain. Pour about 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9x13-inch inch baking dish. Stuff noodles with meat mixture and arrange on top of spaghetti sauce in baking dish. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with any remaining meat mixture and remaining 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes. |
