3 c. grated or diced zucchini
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix together and place in a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
