BREAD STUFFING 
2 sticks butter
1 chopped onion
5 celery sticks, chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 bag cubed bread
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese, grated (or Romano cheese)
Sage
Poultry seasoning

In a fry pan, melt 2 sticks butter. Add 1 chopped onion and 5 celery sticks (chopped). Let simmer until cooked. Dissolve 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water. Put cubed bread in large mixing bowl and pour bouillon over bread. Mix.

Add the butter, onion, and celery mixture to this. Add 2 eggs (beaten) and 2 handfuls of Parmesan cheese. Mix. Add 1 teaspoon of sage and 2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning. Mix well. Put in a buttered casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
