CORN BREAD STUFFING 
1 lb. sausage
4 onions, minced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 c. crumbled dry corn bread

Fry sausage. Add onions and cook until they are limp. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
