SAUSAGE BREAD | |
Dough 1 lb. sausage meat Bread crumbs 1 egg 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/8 c. oregano Pinch of garlic or onion powder Roll out dough into a rectangle. Put stuffing in the middle. Roll up like jelly roll. Pinch edges shut. For Stuffing: Cook and chop sausage, mix with bread crumbs and 1 egg. Use enough bread crumbs to sop up the egg. Should be bready and stick together. Add cheese, oregano and garlic powder. Bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour. |
