JIMMY CARTER CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
3/4 c. chopped peanuts
12 oz. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
Vanilla instant pudding
Chocolate instant pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
Shaved chocolate or chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix flour and butter as for pie crust, add finely chopped peanuts. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix 1 cup cool whip, powdered sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust. Mix puddings and milk together. Spread. Cover with cool whip. Top with shaved chocolate or chopped peanuts.
