BLUEBERRY OR CHERRY CRUNCH 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pie filling in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry cake mix, nuts and melted butter with a fork, (mixture will be crumbly). Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with choice of toppings. Can use Cool Whip (warm or cold). Can also be made with blueberry, peach, pineapple, or apple pie fillings.
