MICROWAVE SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen & chopped spinach
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
6 oz. marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Microwave spinach in packages 7-8 minutes on high. Drain well, squeezing to remove most of the water.

In 1 quart casserole, microwave cream cheese 30-45 seconds or until soft. Blend in sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Cover and microwave on high 6-7 minutes or until heated, stirring once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook 2-2 1/2 minutes to melt through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
