BARB'S POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. chopped onion (optional) 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. mashed corn flakes 1/4 c. butter Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter in a bowl. Place mixture in large casserole dish. Combine 1/4 cup butter and corn flakes. Spread on top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
