POTATO REUBEN CASSEROLE | |
1 qt. mashed potatoes 1 lb. sauerkraut, drained 1/4 c. onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 lb. corned beef, cooked 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, onion, garlic, and chicken bouillon. Mix until chicken bouillon is dissolved. Place in a suitable, shallow, greased baking dish and spread over bottom of dish. Slice the corned beef very thin across the grain. |
