POTATO CASSEROLE 
3/4 stick butter
2 lb. pkg. thawed hash browns
1/2 c. onion, chopped
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
2 c. mashed Townhouse crackers or Ritz crackers, mixed with 1/2 stick melted butter

Melt 3/4 stick butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together rest of ingredients. Spread ingredients in pan on top of melted butter. Put on topping of Townhouse crackers mixed with butter. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
