POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers butter Melt butter and saute onions. Place thawed potatoes in butter and cook until about done. Add cheese and remaining ingredients except crackers. Spread crushed cracker on mixture and top with dots of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serves 8-10. |
