CHICKEN SALAD WITH GRAPES 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt
1 c. diced celery
1 c. seedless white grapes
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. slivered blanched almonds, toasted

Sprinkle cold chopped chicken with lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. salt. Add celery, grapes, mayonnaise and sour cream. Toss lightly; season with additional salt to taste. At serving time, add almonds and serve on lettuce cups. Yields 4-5 servings.
