MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 can pineapple (minus 2 tbsp. for icing)

Mix ingredients and pour in greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

Mix: 2 tbsp. pineapple

Add enough powdered sugar until thick.
