MARINATED CORNISH HENS 
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. each wine vinegar & lemon juice
1 tsp. tarragon
1 clove garlic, crushed

Put the above in ziplock bag; mix and add cornish hens, cut in half. Refrigerate overnight, turning bag often. Broil 4 or 5 inches from heat, skin side down until brown. Turn and broil until done, basting with marinade.
