6 oz. can frozen lemonade
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Clean 4 cornish hens; marinate in above mixture for 2 hours. Drain. Place in flat baking dish. Brush with marinade; bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Baste with above marinade every 10 minutes while baking. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
