APPLESAUCE GRAHAM DELIGHT 
1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed
4 c. applesauce
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Press crumbs about 1/4 inch thick in a 9x13x2 inch dish to form crust. Spread layers of applesauce, whipped cream, and remaining crumbs over crust. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve. Yield: 12 servings.
