BROWNIE CAKE | |
1 stick butter (soft) 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 can chocolate syrup 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until light. Add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly after each. Add dry ingredients alternating with syrup and blending well. Add vanilla and nuts. Line bottom of 9 inch tube pan with waxed paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Turn out onto rack and remove waxed paper. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. |
