PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/2 c. flour, sifted 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 3 c. white sugar 1 c. salad oil 4 eggs 2/3 c. water 2 c. canned pumpkin Sift together all dry ingredients. Make a well in center of dry mixture and add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Add nuts, if desired. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans, 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
