ITALIAN CHEESE BALLS 
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup chopped green onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning (McCormick)
1/2 cup chopped Prosciutto
1/2 cup chopped salami
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. corn starch
canola oil, for deep frying

Mix all ingredients (except flour and corn starch) and round into 1 1/2 tablespoon balls.

Mix flour and corn starch and roll balls into the flour for coating. Refrigerate balls for 1 hour.

Heat oil in deep fryer to 375°F and fry balls for 3 minutes or until golden brown and cheesy on the inside.

Dip into your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce and enjoy!
