OATMEAL FIBER BREAD 
1/2 c. warm water, 105 to 115 degrees
1 tsp. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. rolled oats (oatmeal)
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. softened butter
1 tbsp. salt
3 well beaten eggs
8 c. all-purpose flour

1. Place water, sugar and yeast in small bowl. Set aside until it foams.

2. Combine the milk, oats, sugar, butter, salt and eggs in large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.

3. Mix in 4 cups of flour stirring well.

4. Knead in remaining flour (5 minutes).

5. Let dough rise until doubled in size.

6. Place in greased bread pans (3 pans) and let rise 45 minutes. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
