OATMEAL FLAT BREAD 
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. Total, crushed
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter (do not use Spry)
3/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix first ingredients like pie crust. Add soda and water mixed; chill. Roll out dough thin, cut with a pastry wheel, any shape. Bake in 350 degree oven on cookie sheets until light brown, about 10 minutes. Store in air-tight container.
