FLAT BREAD 
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. rye flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1 c. graham flour
3 c. white flour
1 2/3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. + 1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 2/3 tsp. baking soda in 3 c. buttermilk

Mix well together and roll small amounts at a time to very thin. Cut with pizza cutter in pieces and bake on cookie sheets, 325 - 350 degree oven, until brown. Makes a big batch. Store in box.
