CHICKEN ALA GEORGE 
2 chickens, cut up
2 lb. potatoes (peeled & cut in 1/2-1" chunks)
1 lb. zucchini (cut in 1/2-1" chunks)
1 lb. eggplant (cut in 1/2-1" chunks)
1 lb. green beans (cut in half)
3 c. stewed tomatoes (or fresh or tomato sauce)
1/4 lb. butter
1-2 tbsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix chicken, vegetables and seasonings together and combine with tomatoes and butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
