RUSSIAN CORN BREAD 
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. corn bread mix
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli

Mix all together and bake in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan on top shelf of oven at 400 degrees. Check after 20 minutes. Cook until brown. Cool and cut into squares and serve as appetizer or vegetable. Freezes well.
