TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco season mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped olives (optional)
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls (lg. can)
2 c. crushed corn chips or Doritos
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and water to beef; mix. Add 1 cup of the crushed chips, 1/2 cup of the Cheddar cheese, and all the sour cream. Mix together. Using an 8 or 9 inch pan, form a pie crust with the crescent rolls. Pour beef mixture into pie shell; top with remaining cheese and chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with salsa. Makes 8 servings.
