TACO PIE (QUICK 'N EASY) 
1 roll Pillsbury crescent roll
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. sour cream
1 or 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Lettuce, tomato, salsa, olives, etc.

Press crescent roll into bottom of pie plate. Bake according to package directions. Brown hamburger and drain. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer until water is gone. Add meat to bottom of baked crust. Top with sour cream and shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting. Top with favorite taco fixings.
