TACO PIE 
1 - 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 c. crushed corn chips
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
Lettuce and tomato, if desired

In large skillet brown beef and drain. Stir in taco mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile separate crescent rolls. Press firmly into 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips over dough. Spoon meat mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over meat. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle remaining corn chips over cheese. Bake 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden brown. Serve in wedges with shredded lettuce and tomatoes and taco sauce.
