PINEAPPLE BARBECUED PORK RIBS 
4 lbs. lean pork ribs
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 tsp. salt
3 drops hot sauce

Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Place meat side up in a roasting pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, drain. Combine remaining ingredients and heat well. Pour over ribs. Bake 25 minutes longer or until tender, basting often.
