PINEAPPLE-BARBECUED CHICKEN 
2 chickens, cut up
Melted butter

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tbsp. prepared mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1 3/4 tsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper

Brush chicken with melted butter. Spread on barbecue sauce. Broil or bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
