CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
4 chicken breasts (skinless)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. paprika
2/3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2/3 of 14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, drained
1 jar mushrooms
1 c. sour cream

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until onion is golden. Turn off heat. Add paprika and flour and mix into a paste, then add salt and pepper and cut up tomatoes. Add chicken and turn to coat pieces. Turn on heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Turn chicken, add mushrooms and sour cream. Cook 15-20 minutes more.
