YUM YUM SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1/3 c. butter

Mix potatoes with vanilla, sugar, butter and eggs. Pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients with fork. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
