MEXICALI CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1 can chili con carne without beans
1 jar chunky taco salsa
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, melted
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cheddar, grated

Put chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Combine chili, salsa, onion, olives, garlic powder and cream cheese together. Pour chili mixture over chicken. Sprinkle Jack and cheddar cheese over top of chicken and chili mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Serve with tortillas. Serves 6 to 8.
