BISCUIT BREAD 
3 cans biscuits (buttermilk)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon (divided)
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
Pecans, optional

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll biscuits in sugar and cinnamon. Cut in quarters. Place pecans on bottom and sides of Bundt pan or loaf pan. Drop pieces of biscuits in pan. Boil 1 stick butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 cup brown sugar for 3 minutes. Pour boiled mixture over biscuits. Continue layering biscuits and boiled mixture until gone. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or less. Remove from pan at once.
