4 med. zucchini, peeled and diced
4 well-beaten eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. oil
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. Bisquick

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
