ZUCCHINI BAKE 
3 c. diced zucchini
1/2 c. cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs and add all ingredients. Pour into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish, lightly oiled.

Bake at 350°F for 28 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into finger pieces.
